Below are the terms and conditions for Torkhum Group’s. By accepting these terms and purchasing a web design package from Torkhum Group’s you agree to the following:
Packages:
All items in the “deals” from Torkhum Group’s are listed on the web site torkhumgroup.com under “deals”. These items are included in your web design package and only these items. Any additional items that are not listed under the “deals” are a separate charge per verbal and/or written agreement between you and Torkhum Group and invoiced. They may also be purchased separately.
Content:
Torkhum Group does not provide the copy content for your web site. The copy will be provided by you (the client). All images are either provided by you or Torkhum Group can provide relevant images at the most reasonable prices from a third party vendor.
There are three round of changes to the web site. Andy content edits and changes are charged $30 per page if the changes are to the design/layout of the page. Once copy and images are programmed to the site there is a $30 charge to replace with your updated copy per page.
Initially Torkhum Group will request an email about the information for your site. A face-to-face meeting can also be scheduled to discuss your needs in details. You will provide Torkhum Group with the information necessary to create your site. Once the information is received, Torkhum Group will design your site according to the discussions. You will have up to three changes to the design of the pages. Once the pages are approved, the programming phase will start. Any changes to the design after the programming phase is started will be extra charge of $30 per page.
Payment:
All deals are paid in advance. Torkhum Group does not charge by the hour, all designs are custom to fit your individual business needs and therefore non-refundable.
If Torkhum Group agrees to accept 50% down, balance in full is due in 30 days.
Web Site Submission:
Some of the “deals” come with “web site submission to top search engines”. Once you site is submitted, Torkhum Group takes no responsibility on how your site is indexed in search engines. Each search engine indexes a web site at their terms.
Marketing:
Torkhum Group is not responsible for the success or failure of your web site.
Domain registration and hosting:
Torkhum Group provides hosting and domain registration services. These are extra hard costs to you. Torkhum Group pays all these charges to the hosting company. Domain registration and/or hosting services are provided on yearly basis. You will be notified about the renewal of these services.
